All lumber is milled on site where Bob Jones maintains a close tolerance and quality to the materials of all products. Floor joists and wall studs are 2x4's. Roof trusses are 2x6's and 2x4's with 240 lb. asphalt shingles. Outside cover is 1" thick board and batten siding. fjb Included in the many options are shingle colors, ramps, stairs, extra windows, shutters, and many others. Shingles not included in kit price. All local zoning ordinances and permits are the owner's responsibility.
Buildings vary in size according to your needs. All sizes and prices available upon request. Standard shingle color is Autumn Brown. Additional colors are available at a cost of $7.50 per bundle.
Options include:Extra windows $85.00; Dutch door $90.00; Ramps from $75.00; Square Cupola $85.00; Hexagon Cupola $110.00; Shutters and flower boxes also available. If no window is wanted in a building that comes standard with one, subtract $40.00 from the building price.
Delivery on all single unit buildings is $75.00 for the first 15 miles and $1.50 per mile for additional miles. Kit delivery is $50.00 for the first 15 miles and $1.25 per mile for additional miles. F.O.B. Shandaken, NY. Delivery charge on all section buildings depends on size and distance.
